Did you know that your heart has more control over your brain than the other way around?
The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body, when measured it is about 60 times greater than the electromagnetic field of the brain.
It is by regulating the rhythms of the heart that you find the real solution to releasing stress, overwhelm and anxiety instead of relentlessly attempting to calm the racing mind.

Heart Coherence is an optimal state in which the body, mind and emotions are brought into alignment and in sync with heart’s intuitive guidance.
Practicing the state of heart coherence creates a cascade of neural and biochemical events that benefit the entire body, specially our mental and emotional stability.
We believe Heart Coherence is one of the most critical skills of our time and our purpose is to democratise this practice around the world.
